HR and Admin Officer Opening-Ras Al Khaimah

Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests. Updating internal databases with new hire information. Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.

  • Indian (Preferably North)
  • Min 5-7  years of experience in the field of manufacturing
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, hotel etc
  •  Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
  • Arranging both internal and external events
